Course Description:

Our Transfer Pricing Course is designed for those who are interested in expanding their knowledge of theory and practice of transfer pricing; as well as who wish to obtain international certification on transfer pricing or related post-graduates program. We tries to emphasize the multidisciplinary nature of transfer pricing and draws from the fields of taxation, economics, accounting, business management and law to provide the participants with the basic knowledge required to understand advanced transfer pricing problems. The course combines theoretical and practical approaches, using examples and case studies to illustrate the key concepts learnt. The theoretical framework follows primarily the recommendations of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, the US regulations, and Indonesian regulations with some additional concepts drawn from the legislation of other countries.

 

Fees:

Regular Class: Rp. 5.000.000,-; Executive Class: Rp 6.000.000,-

(Including hand-out, reading materials, meals, certificate, goodie bag)
